sufferers without reason....

http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/inmates-words-the-poems-of-guantanamo-454005.html
last week i attended this national conference on literature of small cultures - An assertion of difference....amazing experience n the thoughts came into my way...it was pleasure listening to Dr.Madan Mohan Singh and his amazing ideas on Tawaayaf culture, music and art...and then the paper presented by Dr.Haris Qadeer on Guantanamo prisoners..i have never thought so seriously and painfully for the people who suffered after 9/11 in America..no doubt most of them were muslims...even movie Newyork failed to put these feelings in my heart..it was just sympathy...but the paper presented by Mr.Qadir invoked the humanity in me, genuinly....who gave this freedom to mankind to do justice without any justification....those were only suspects...and just 2 found guilty among so many...they suffered for their innocence....where were you God???.....n your so called mankind??

  1. check out the poems written by these prisoners...who were not poets before..but destiny made them...they found relief in poetry...and we can find something better to think for the future of mankind..
